Nicholas has over 18 years’ experience across mental health, disabilities, employment services, psychological counselling and assessment. He specialises in counselling for depression and anxiety, stress management and sleep hygiene. He also specialises in various types of assessment including diagnosis, work capacity, and intelligence testing.

Nicholas is able to assess a wide variety of conditions for different purposes and can tailor and approach to your needs.

His approach is client-centred and strengths-based, using approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness practice, stress inoculation, pain management and solution-focused therapy.
