Mental health

We provide mental health care services including the assessment and management of conditions including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, abuse, sleep disorders, and bipolar disorder. Options for mental health management include education about mental health, counselling, medication, and psychological strategies (see below).

Counselling and Psychotherapy for Adults and Teens

We provide psychotherapy for many mental and physical health problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship conflict, chronic pain, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and more.

Psychotherapy and Counselling for children

We provide psychotherapy and counselling for children. Therapy models often utilised are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Interactive Drawing Therapy, and Play Therapy. Play therapy is a creative counselling method that optimises children’s abilities to express, explore and resolve troubling thoughts, feelings, experiences, worries, and wishes in developmentally appropriate ways.

Telehealth

We provide telehealth appointments via phone call or video call. Our usual fees apply.
