A word from our founder.
A childhood illness showed Paul King what good clinical care can do, and set him on the path to medicine.
He trained at UWA, worked across Perth hospitals, then moved to the Bunbury region in 2006 for his GP Fellowship. Fifteen-plus years in Eaton and Australind sharpened one conviction: illness, mental health and everyday life aren’t separate problems. So he trained in Focused Psychological Strategies, CBT, mindfulness and EMDR to treat them together.
That thinking became Integro Health, a clinic built on how you feel, how you think and how you live.
“We see people at some of the hardest points in their lives. Our job is to make them feel safe enough to do the work, and be skilled enough to guide them through it.” Dr Paul King, Founder, Integro Health

If any of this sounds familiar, we can help.
Reaching out for psychological support takes courage, and for most people, it also takes time. There are real barriers that get in the way, and we hear them often. Whatever is holding you back, you don't have to navigate it alone.
"I don't know if what I'm going through is serious enough."
It is. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support. Therapy works best when you engage with it before you hit the bottom.
"I've never seen a therapist before and I don't know what to expect."
That’s completely normal. Our team takes time to explain every step of the process, and there’s no pressure to commit to a particular approach before you’re ready.
"I work away / have a busy schedule / can't get to a clinic."
Integro Health offers telehealth appointments by phone and video, with the same experienced clinicians as our in-person sessions. Secure. Flexible. No commute.
"I'm looking for help for my teenager, but I'm not sure they'll engage."
Our practitioners who work with adolescents (13+) are skilled at building trust with young people. We use age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches that meet them where they are.
"I'm not sure where to start or which therapist is right for me."
Start by reading about our team. Each practitioner has different areas of specialisation and therapeutic styles. If you’re still unsure, get in touch. We’ll help you find the right fit.
Close to home, or wherever you are.
Our clinic is in Eaton, welcoming clients from Bunbury and across the South West. If travelling isn’t practical, we offer telehealth appointments Australia-wide, so you can get the same care from wherever you are.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy developed to help people recover from trauma, PTSD, and other distressing experiences. It works by using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess difficult memories, reducing their emotional intensity and disrupting the patterns of distress they create. It is widely used and extensively researched. Our practitioners at Integro Health are trained in EMDR delivery.
