From a young age Brooke was fascinated by the human mind and how it works. This fascination paired with a desire to help others, inspired Brooke to pursue psychology.

Brooke studied psychology at Curtin University in Perth before moving to the southwest and working as a psychologist with the Department of Education. She likes working with young people, seeing it as an opportunity to make a difference early on in their lives to help them enjoy a richer and more fulfilling life.

Brooke also offers Cosmetic Readiness Assessments to all ages of clients. This is a pre-surgery psychological assessment is a confidential conversation that explores your readiness for cosmetic surgery or non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Many cosmetic practitioners now request this assessment as part of comprehensive patient care. This can be offered in-person or via telehealth.

Brooke uses a variety of psychological strategies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Meta-Cognitive Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in her practice. Combining these with a non-judgemental, calm demeanour, Brooke works alongside clients in their journey towards wellness.
