Fees and Payments

Integro Health is a private-billing practice. Payment is required immediately after the appointment unless prior arrangements are made for third-party billing (for example, NDIS or Workers’ Compensation). We accept payments via EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, direct-deposit, and cash. Payment by card attracts a card processing surcharge to cover merchant fees. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all appointments as a payment guarantee. If payment is not made on the day of the appointment or in the case of non-attendance, the card on file will be charged for the full fee owed, plus a card processing surcharge to cover merchant fees. Eligible services attract Medicare rebates. Please ensure that relevant Mental Health Treatment Plans and referral letters from your referring doctor are uploaded via your Patient Intake form or sent via email to admin@integrohealth.com.au. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bank account details are up to date with Medicare. Our latest fees are available via our online booking portal or on our website www.integrohealth.com.au. Consultation fees depend on the provider, duration, and complexity of your appointment and may vary from initial estimates. Arrangements for third-party billing (including NDIS and Worker’s Compensation) must be made before the appointment. We require insurer/NDIS claim and contact details and proof of funding in writing. You must maintain a payment card on file. You (or your legal guardian) are ultimately responsible for all fees associated with your account, including any invoices issued to NDIS, or other third-party funders. In the event that your funding with a third-party funder is denied, your card held on file will be charged.

Cancellations and Non-Attendances

When you book an appointment, our health practitioners reserve their time to provide you with their expertise and services. It is your responsibility to:

  • Advise the practice of any change to your contact details
  • Ensure you have access to adequate internet or phone coverage for telehealth/telephone appointments.
  • Attend your appointment on time or cancel with a minimum of two business days notice.

Clients must provide a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. For example: Monday morning appointments must be cancelled no later than the preceding Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon appointments must be cancelled no later than midday on the preceding Thursday. Failure to attend or cancel within the required notice period will result in the full consultation fee plus merchant fee being charged to the card on file. Telehealth or phone consultations are available if you cannot attend in person. They attract the same fees as in-person consultations; however, Medicare rebates may differ. Ensure you have reliable internet or phone access for these appointments. Non-attendance fees are processed within 48 hours. If a card payment is declined, a second attempt will be made. Outstanding fees must be paid within seven days, or future appointments will be suspended. Waivers may be granted for circumstances outside your control (for example, medical emergencies or natural disasters). Requests must be submitted to accounts@integrohealth.com.au. Forgetting an appointment, double-booking, or not receiving a reminder SMS are not considered valid reasons. We recommend diarising your appointments at the time of booking.
